CONSULTATIONS
All new fittings require consultations prior to any new hair being fitted.
Consultations allow for us to establish wether hair extensions will be safe/suitable for the natural hair and lifestyle. If we do not see that your hair is fit, be that of an unachievable goal or a risk of compromise to hair health, then we do hold the right to refuse. We do this only to ensure that you receive a thorough natural looking fitting, that's safe and compatible with your own hair and scalp.
Consultations also allow for us to discuss your wants and desires and allow us the chance to give you the correct recommendations and information while being able to make reference to your natural hair. This is also why exact prices and colour matches cannot be given over message.
In attendance of the consultation, hair is to be clean, down and straight. Dirty hair can make the hair appear darker, and hair not straight can make it difficult when trying to specify how much volume is needed, so please keep this in mind.
Any colour appointments that take place prior to the consultation have to be at least 3 days prior to allow the colour to set in/fade. This ensures a correct colour match.
Please refrain from using any purple shampoo or colour enhancing products prior to the consultation. The more time you leave between your last use and the consultation date the better. This allows for the match to be the correct base tone aligned to your natural hair. After fitted the alterations can be made.
No hoodies if possible.
Most importantly it is vital that the correct aftercare is understood before any purchase of hair extensions is made - consultations allow for this to be explained and allow for any questions to be asked.

APPOINTMENTS
Hair is to be washed with clarifying shampoo prior to any appointment. This can be the night before or the morning of. This stands for both new fittings and refits.
Clarifying shampoo allows for the removal of any build up. Apply only a small amount of conditioner to the very ends. A small amount of heat protection can be used throughout the ends but nothing else.
If the hair is overly wet or matting has occurred then this will incur an extra charge for the time taken.
Hair is to be predominately straight for both new fittings and refits - so please bear in mind that the time may not always be there for a straighten prior which could lead to cancellation. Straight hair is required for blending, cutting and styling purposes.
Bank Transfer, card payments and cash are all accepted as forms of payment.
We also hold the right to refusal if the person attending the appointment is late beyond the agreed appointment time and or anything that would cause the appointment to run in onto the next.
